Thank you, Ruth! We see many different colours here. I love purple tulips myself, and black ones, but you almost never see those in the tulip fields (they’re grown in the greenhouses).

Yes, the colours were amazing. And we were very lucky the sun came out just as we arrived there. I’m sure the tulip festival in Washington State is awesome too. I just love flower festivals.

How beautiful to be surrounded by so many flowers. There’s a region in Washington State that has a tulip festival every year, it’s no where near as incredible as Holland’s, but it’s definitely a bit easier for us to drive to from where we live in Canada. 😉
